About Keith

Keith Meredith has been originating mortgages for over 16 years. His field of expertise covers a wide array of mortgage products — VA financing, FHA, Conventional, USDA, down payment assistance, construction loans, bank statement mortgages, DSCR, and manufactured homes — giving him the industry experience to guide you in the right direction.

The landscape of the mortgage industry requires expertise to ensure a smooth transaction for those purchasing or refinancing their homes. But it’s not just about a smooth transaction — it’s about product knowledge. As an author and educator, Keith strives to make an otherwise complicated product simple.

Knowing what you can and can’t do in the world of mortgage financing is half the battle. Understanding how to navigate each product’s nuances in relation to every client’s specific circumstances is what separates a great originator from an average one.

In 2024, Keith branched out and started his own division with Coast 2 Coast Mortgage — Black Rock Mortgage. As Division President, he now focuses part of his time recruiting and training new and experienced mortgage loan originators alongside originating loans.

Before mortgages, Keith had a career in finance as a Series 7 licensed financial advisor. He brings that financial background to his work and written content — backed by the experience you only earn by originating over $100 million in mortgages.
