I’m Keith Meredith — Division President of Black Rock Mortgage and a Florida mortgage broker for over 16 years.
I started Black Rock because I wanted to do this work differently. Most of my early career was at retail lenders — places where you sell whatever loan product the corporate office tells you to push, where every client gets passed between three or four people, and where “shopping around” basically means calling the same bank’s competitor and getting the same answer.
Becoming a broker changed everything. With access to 200+ wholesale lenders, I can actually find the right loan for each client — not just the loan I happen to be allowed to sell. And being independent means I’m the person you talk to from your first call to your closing day.
That’s the entire idea behind Black Rock. No call center. No script. No “let me transfer you to underwriting.” Just one experienced Florida mortgage broker who knows the programs, knows the lenders, and treats your home loan like the major life decision it is — because it is.
